Riders Education

I had a great weekend at the West TN Motorcycle Riders Education Program.  Saturday we went from 100 degree weather to an all out down pour (“frog strangler”, as one of my instructor put it).  I have always been amazed at how motorcycles can bring different people, from wildly different background together, all because of a common love for the thrill of the ride.  Thanks to all of the folks in my class for making this weekend so enjoyable…see ya on the road!

On 09/10/14 I will begin the trip of a lifetime with my father.  We will ride our BMW K1300GT and K1600GTL bikes across the mid-western United States.  I will be recording the events of our trip here in this Blog, so…sit back and enjoy the ride.
